NEXOPART EML 200 PURE (Basic Model) The new test sieve shaker stands out with its simple and rapid operation. Two specific regulated amplitudes for coarse or fine material can be selected. Sieving begins immediately once the timer is set and coarse or fine is selected. The new NEXOPART EML Pure is recommended as a basic machine for standard analysis. The NEXOPART EML 315 digital plus for test sieves with diameters of up to 315 mm can be used for dry and wet sieving of 6 kg bulk material maximum. You can set and store sieving time, interval and amplitude for reproducible sieving results.

The NEXOPART EML 450 digital plus for test sieves with diameters of up to 450 mm can be used for dry and wet sieving of 15 kg bulk material maximum. It is the largest electromagnetically driven 3D Test Sieve Shaker in NEXOPART’s range. You can set and store sieving time, interval and amplitude for reproducible sieving results.

UWL 400 T (Dry Sieving)
The NEXOPART UWL 400 for test sieves with frames made from stainless steel or beechwood is designed for dry or wet sieving with coarse sample material. This most powerful test sieve shaker of NEXOPART is driven by two rotary current unbalanced motors to produce a three-dimensional sieving action.

Sound Absorbing Cupboards for NEXOPART Test Sieve ShakersTest sieve shakers can be used in sound absorbing cupboards in order to reduce the noise level in laboratory environment. This measure enables the noise level to be reduced by up to 28 dB (A) depending on the machine type. Double observation doors in sound absorbing cupboards for the NEXOPART EML 450 digital plus and NEXOPART UWL 400 will provide better access to the machine.
TYLER Ro-Tap RX-29 (200mm Sieves)
The TYLER Ro-Tap RX-29 for test sieves up to 203 mm diameter reproduces the circular and tapping motion of hand sieving but with an even mechanical action. The TYLER Ro-Tap RX-29 is manufactured by W.S. Tyler, the American subsidiary of HAVER & BOECKER.
Most suitable machine for abrasive materials – Enables sieving of agglomerating bulk materials. – Prescribed in the FEPA-standard for abrasive industry.

TYLER Ro-Tap R-30050 Sound Enclosure
The W.S.TYLER Ro-Tap RX-29/30 sound enclosure is designed to be used exclusively with Ro-Tap Sieve Shakers. Operating noise levels are reduced from approximately 85 dB to 78 dB. The cabinets are fabricated with 18 gauge steel and a 1″ metal-faced, acoustic foam inner liner.
TYLER Ro-Tap Stand
The W.S. Tyler RO-TAP Test Stand is designed to provide a secure testing platform for your RO-TAP device. Outfitted with pre-drilled holes, this test stand allows RO-TAP sieve shakers to be bolted down, preventing the device from shifting during operation. Additionally, the stand can be bolted to your lab floor, increasing the stability of your testing process. Its sturdy steel construction guarantees the safe operation of RX-29 and RX-30 RO-TAP Sieve Shaker models. Featuring an easy-to-manage footprint, the RO-TAP test stand creates optimized laboratory space dedicated to test sieve analysis.

The W.S. TYLER Ro-Tap® RX-94 for test sieves up to 203 mm diameter can take 2 sieve sets simultaneously. It reproduces the circular and tapping motion of hand sieving but with an even mechanical action. It is manufactured by W.S. Tyler, the American subsidiary of HAVER & BOECKER.

HAVER RPT Rotating Sample ReducerHAVER RPT 1:10 The HAVER RPT Rotating Sample Reducer produces representative sample quantities of solids and suspensions at the rate of 1:8, 1:10 or 1:30. It combines three dividing methods in one unit and provide the best possible sample reducing available today with an accuracy of 99.9%. Even heavy flowing materials can be divided with high accuracy.

HAVER UFA Ultrasonic Frequency Variation for Test SievesHAVER UFA (clamping ring, converter and generator) The HAVER UFA is especially designed for the sieving of powders at critical particle size cuts of ≤ 300 micron. The screen is excited by means of ultrasonic wave at continuously varying frequency. The tendency to block is reduced, the performance of the sieve is increased and the time required for sieving is significantly shortened.
NEXOPART USC – Ultrasonic Cleaners USC 500 (up to 500mm Sieves) NEXOPART USC test sieve cleaners guarantee that sieves are cleaned thoroughly and gently while at the same time saving energy. They have proved to work outstandingly well in conjunction with the NEXOPART USC cleaning fluid. USC cleaners are available for cleaning individual sieves and for the simultaneous cleaning of up to five sieves.

Sieve Pans for Dry and Wet SievingSieve pans collect the sieve underflow of bulk material. These are the fine particles. Please note that you need test sieves with discharge nozzle for wet sieving. Sieve pans with diameters up to 203 mm are equipped with bevel bottoms, larger sieve pans made from stainless steel with plane bottoms.
Retrofit Kit for Dry and Wet Sieving
Our HAVER Test Sieve Shakers with external control gear can be used for dry and wet sieving. For dry sieving you need a cover with inspection glass and a closed sieve pan, for wet sieving a cover with wide spreading spray diffuser and a sieve pan with discharge nozzle.
TwinNut Rapid Clamping SystemFor fixing the sieve tower on HAVER Test Sieve Shakers we quote the clamping system Classic and the quick-release clamping system TwinNut. They differ in parting TwinNut knurled nuts, which enable height adjustment without time-consuming screwing, and especially suit sieving with frequently-diversified sieve towers.
