   NEXOPART TEST SIEVES

sievesThe NEXOPART test sieves with frames made from stainless steel are equipped with woven wire cloth or robust plates with square perforations according to ISO 3310-1 & 2. If you require tighter tolerances the “Gold” Test Sieves are perfect. Test sieves with electroformed sheets are mainly used for finest materials with particle sizes from 5 micron.

Sound Absorbing Cupboards for  NEXOPART Test Sieve Shakers

Test sieve shakers can be used in sound absorbing cupboards in order to reduce the noise level in laboratory environment. This measure enables the noise level to be reduced by up to 28 dB (A) depending on the machine type. Double observation doors in sound absorbing cupboards for the NEXOPART EML 450 digital plus and NEXOPART UWL 400 will provide better access to the machine.

TYLER Ro-Tap R-30050 Sound Enclosure

 

The W.S.TYLER Ro-Tap RX-29/30 sound enclosure is designed to be used exclusively with Ro-Tap Sieve Shakers. Operating noise levels are reduced from approximately 85 dB to 78 dB. The cabinets are fabricated with 18 gauge steel and a 1″ metal-faced, acoustic foam inner liner.

HAVER UFA Ultrasonic Frequency Variation for Test Sieves

HAVER UFA (clamping ring, converter and generator)

The HAVER UFA is especially designed for the sieving of powders at critical particle size cuts of ≤ 300 micron. The screen is excited by means of ultrasonic wave at continuously varying frequency. Sieve Pans for Dry and Wet Sieving

Sieve pans collect the sieve underflow of bulk material. These are the fine particles. Please note that you need test sieves with discharge nozzle for wet sieving. Sieve pans with diameters up to 203 mm are equipped with bevel bottoms, larger sieve pans made from stainless steel with plane bottoms.

Our HAVER Test Sieve Shakers with external control gear can be used for dry and wet sieving. For dry sieving you need a cover with inspection glass and a closed sieve pan, for wet sieving a cover with wide spreading spray diffuser and a sieve pan with discharge nozzle.

 

 

 

 TwinNut Rapid Clamping System

For fixing the sieve tower on HAVER Test Sieve Shakers we quote the clamping system Classic and the quick-release clamping system TwinNut. They differ in parting TwinNut knurled nuts, which enable height adjustment without time-consuming screwing, and especially suit sieving with frequently-diversified sieve towers.
