Milling – Ring Mills / Pulverisers

MARC supplies a wide range of laboratory Pulverisers & Pulveriser Systems from the major manufacturers.  We do not manufacture our own crushers and pulverisers – we prefer the ability to procure the best option for you and your project based on customer feedback and your needs – no single equipment manufacturer has a perfect range of equipment – despite what the smooth-talking salesperson may tell you. Crushers and pulverisers are arguably the most stressed items in your lab and often act as the rate determining step (borrowing a term from chemistry here) for the processing of samples in your prep shed – so they need to be reliable.  

Both manual mills and magazine-based automated AutoBatch mills are available to suit your needs.  We also manufacture and design vacuum waste removal systems that can be used with the mills to remove pulverised waste once sub-sampling is complete.  These vacuum systems can be either dedicated vacuum systems or we can assist with vacuum boosters to work with traditional dust collectors (as long as you’re only cleaning up pulverized waste).
