XRF P10 Gas Cylinder/Bottle In-Use Cabinet

 

We have a Heavy Duty P10 Gas Cylinder Enclosure for the safe location and use of P10 gas in XRF Laboratories. Other gases may also be used in the cabinet.  One version of this cabinet is intended to be naturally vented to the outside through a rear wall via duct, and another version is fan-extracted to outside the building. 

 

 

Model 1 – Naturally Ventilated:

» Used to contain 2 x P10 gas cylinders

» Two Rear Spigots for venting contents to the outside of the building (Standard Configuration) 

» Sturdy Heavy Gauge Powder Coated Mild Steel

»2 x Cylinder clamps included

 

 

 

Model 2 – Fan Ventilated – Basic:

» Used to contain 2 x P10 gas cylinders

» Top Spigot for Fan-Forced venting of contents to the outside of the building (we can design the extraction system)

» Air Relief Vents

»Sturdy Heavy Gauge Powder Coated Mild Steel

»2 x Cylinder clamps included

 

Optional Extras: 

  • Shelf/Stand for Smaller Cylinders
  • Chemical Resistant Fan, Duct & Fan Bracket (for external wall mounting)
  • Gas Detectors with Visible and Audible Alarm

 

 

Model 3 – Fan Ventilated – Premium:

» Used to contain 2 x P10 gas cylinders

» Top Spigot with Visual Flow Indicator for Fan-Forced venting of contents to the outside of the building (we can design the extraction system)

» Air Relief Vents

» Physically Larger For Internal Mounting of More Components

»Sturdy Heavy Gauge Powder Coated Mild Steel

»2 x Cylinder clamps included

»Includes a Pre-Installed Gas System: Changeover Manifold (Manual or Automatic) with PigTails, Purge Valves, Proportional Pressure Relief Valve, Isolation Ball Valves (with Locking Plates) and adaptor for 6mm Tube. A safety valve that closes the gas supply off in the event of a catastrophic leak between the P10 cabinet and the XRF is also installed.
