Laboratory Grade Water Purification Systems

MARC is a supplier of water purification systems as well as more basic built-up Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems for laboratories.

The systems below have been configured to reliably supply Type 3 Water in remote locations at the lowest cost and contain a mix of Particulate and Organic filters, RO Membranes and De-Ionizing Resin. 

Type 3 Water is suitable for glassware rinsing and is a recommended feed for high purity Type 1 and 2 water purification systems.  If well maintained and configured you may find the water quality is sufficient for your ICP-OES and AAS needs. 

The systems below have the following benefits over Water Stills:

  • Safe De-Ionized Water Generation;
  • No costly still element replacing;
  • No hot glass system with boiling water at head height;
  • No low pH water (from salts in your feed water decomposing on the element surface to acids)

 

Please note the system water supply rates mentioned below are the maximum flow rates of the RO membranes. It is recommended that the booster pump/pumps have cooling down periods of 30 mins every 8 hrs to maximize their life – Please consider this when calculating the capacity over a shift.
