Ductless, Self-Contained Laboratory Dust Cabinet

If you need dust extraction to safely work on a dusty process, but you don’t have the ability to run duct through walls (leased building for example) or don’t have space for a dust collector outside – we have a self-contained workstation for you.

 

We searched and searched for a HEPA-filtered, self-contained system and came up empty-handed. So we we created our own version that offers:

• Pulse Air-Jet Filter Cleaning with Industrial-Grade Filters for maximum filter life.
• Face velocity of 1 m/sec. As an FYI most laminar flow and recirculation-type dust cabinets are not offering 1 m/sec face velocities as they are made for fume and organic dusts. 
• Vertical filter orientation for most effective dust shedding when air pulse cleans the filter.
• Secondary (Exhaust-Side) HEPA Filtration – Required for air carrying hazardous dusts to be recirculated back into the room.
