Dispose of Pulverised Waste at your Workstation Via Your Dust Collector!
We can make your dust collector double as a pulverised waste disposal system (you need to consider that all your pulverised waste would now quickly fill your collector’s waste bin) but with a few tweaks that can be accommodated.
Optimise Your Workspace with a MARC Workstation
As the Western Australian distributor of Camfil dust extraction systems we can offer dust collector packages that are specifically configured to making the handling/disposal of large volumes of pulverised waste easier.
- Supplied Standard with a light, Light Switch and Rubber Work Surface (Please request these items to be removed if preferred).
- 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000 and 2400mm Workstations or anything in between and with any degree of modification;
- We can assist with pneumatic vacuum gun systems that integrate into a workstation (as long as you’re only cleaning up pulverized waste) – all you need is our vacuum gun adaptor and our vacuum gun kit and compressed air. A reasonably simple modification to your workstation would be needed (holesaw, drill & rivet gun).
- Waste Chutes may be added to dispose of pulverised material to the dust collector via a ducted extraction system. Alternatively the chute may be used to drop crushed waste down to a sealed bucket/drum below the workstation.
- Please note though that getting rid of pulverised waste to your dust collector is only recommended if your dust collector is generously sized, i.e. if its straining as it is you would be straining it even more with a high dust load.
