RSS and RSV series Common features:
Compact design
High running reliability and designed for long service life
Inlet range from 40mm – 300mm
Computer-control balance adjustments (G2.5) to assist in reducing vibration and noise.
CNC machined impellers for higher accuracy.
A unique treatment is applied to all drive gears to increase their longevity and decreases gear noise.
Lubricated seal design to prevent gas flow contamination.
Optional piston ring can be added to obtain higher efficiency and increase longevity.
RSS series
The RSS-series are designed for operational pressures up to 80Kpa without cooling water and volumetric capacity up to 160m3/min.
RSV series
The RSV-series are designed to operate at negative pressures up to 60Kpa without cooling water and volumetric capacity up to 140m3/min.
RSW series
The RSW series Blowers are a water-cooled blower for the pressure between 80Kpa and 100Kpa. The blower in a 2 stage arrangement is capable of producing pressures up to 200Kpa.
EV series
EV series 3-lobe roots blowers are based on the RSS series, but are specifically designed for high rotational speeds up to 4000rpm and high capacity. These technology improvements allow the EV series blowers to have higher efficiency, higher pressure, and lower weight in addition to various other features. The inlet sizes range from 65mm to 300mm with a single blower pressure of up to 100kpa.
EV series features:
Improved Capacity - Great linear structure of impellers and reduced sectional area of rotors both improve the capacity of the blowers.
Reduced vibration - High balance accuracy (G2.5) to reduce vibration.
High efficiency - 180 degrees vertical structure between the inlet and outlet reduce the pressure loss of the blower.
High vacuum - The vacuum of single EV blower can be -500mmHg, and the double EV blower can be -650mmHg.
