Wet Scrubbers

The MS Scrubber from our Fisher Klosterman Inc (FK) range of equipment combine both, high filtration efficiency with compact size as a result of their patented inertial mist elimination technology. FK’s  MS Scrubber’s operate on the same basis as a traditional venturi type scrubber but, the cyclonic separator has been completely redesigned to optimise desirable performance characteristics. This results in significantly smaller and more economical equipment and installations.

This reliable design utilizes open pipe liquid introduction, a vertical throat, and a flooded elbow inlet to the cyclonic separator. Open pipes will not plug like high pressure spray nozzles if large particulate enters the recycle system and are able to accommodate a high solids concentration, if required. Since a pool of liquid is present at the bottom, the flooded elbow prevents wear. The VTS Venturi Scrubber can handle the most difficult of scrubbing applications.
