Self Contained Fume Scrubber

The Dynaflow Self Contained Fume Scrubber is moulded in one piece from chemical grade G.R.P. and the scrubbing section contains the same scrubber and elimination packs in special sliding frames as the independently tested Dynaflow direct mounting fume scrubber.

The combined neutralising tank sited below the scrubber section contains the float valve, overflow, dosing port, sampling port, inspection window and drain point complete with valve. The chemical pump is housed in a purposely made moulded recess for protection. All necessary pipework is complete from pump to spray section and points are left for the site plumber to make the connection to the water supply, and to connect the drain valve to the main services.

Advantages

The self contained unit has easy access for maintenance and all components are visible. The one piece moulding eliminates leaks and is unaffected by solar radiation The unit is finished in white with pleasing appearance. It is independently tested for its performance.
