Eric Hendrix- General Manager
Eric Hendrix is the General Manager for MARC Technologies and has been with the company since September 2008. Eric has over 20 years experience in the Mining Industry in Mineral Processing and Analytical / Metallurgical Laboratory Management. Prior to joining the MARC team Eric had a lengthy career with Outotec Pty Ltd in their Technology business and in their mining business under the formerly known name of Outokumpu. Although his primary business and expertise was in the field of Automation some of the diverse positions held included Automation Manager, Service Manager, Applicant Engineer and Automation Engineer. Eric was also instrumental in the growth and development of Outotec Service and Sampling, specifically in the areas of design, installation, sales and business / product development.

Ron Marian- Senior Executive
Ron Marian has worked extensively in the commercial laboratory assaying industry since graduating as a Chemist from Curtin University in 1972. Positions held from 1972 till 1993 included Marketing Manager, General Manager and Company Director of a major analytical group in Australia. During that time Ron gained invaluable experience with the design and installation of site analytical laboratories both in Australia and overseas. In 1993 Ron established MineSite Laboratory Services, which in 1997 merged with Laboratory Engineering and became MineSite Laboratory Engineering. In 1999 MARC Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd was formed from the merger with Kerr Air Systems. This new company is a leader in dust and fume control as well as providing specialist laboratory services.

Murray Kerr- Senior Executive
Murray Kerr has worked extensively in the dust and fume control industry since 1982. In 1991 Murray established Kerr Air Systems who concentrated on dust and fume control, pneumatic transfer systems, manufacture of centrifugal, axial fans and blowers, industrial vacuum systems and ductwork manufacture and installation. Kerr Air Systems also had several agencies for a range of equipment associated with their portfolio of expertise. In 1999 Kerr Air Systems merged with MineSite Laboratory Engineering to form MARC Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd.

Chris Pearson- Senior Executive
Chris Pearson has worked within both the dust and fume control and laboratory industries since 1972. He has a strong background in mechanical design and from 1972 till 1991 he had varied management positions with major engineering companies in Perth. In 1991 he joined Essa Australia as General Manager and was involved with the design and manufacture of specialist laboratory equipment, sampling equipment as well as dust and fume control systems. In 1996 he established MineSite Laboratory Engineering with Ron Marian and Allen Sharman, which later merged with Kerr Air Systems to become MARC Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd.


Greville Camp- Manager Laboratory Sales
Greville Camp was appointed Manager Laboratory Sales for MARC Technologies in 2009. He has a strong background in both academic and industrial laboratories since graduating from The University of Natal in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Inorganic Chemistry. Since completing his degree Greville has worked as a Technical Supervisor, Product Development Chemist and Technical Sales Representative in various fields of chemistry and different manufacturing environments.

Darren Geurts- Product Development Manager
Darren Geurts joined MARC Technologies in July 2008 and is currently engaged as Product Development Manager. Prior to this he spent more than a decade with world renowned Austal Ships, one of Perth’s largest manufacturing companies. During his time with Austal Darren served in various key positions including a number of years leading the structural drafting team, followed by four years in management of the Productivity and Process Improvement team. In this capacity Darren was responsible for developing new and innovative ways to improve departmental efficiencies throughout Austal Ships.


Dave Finnie- Product Line Manager - Air
Dave Finnie has worked in process plants and Air  Pollution  Control (APC) industries since 1973, commencing  in South Africa. He has a strong background in mechanical design. His involvement in pollution industry continued on his arrival in Australia in 1988 when he first  worked with two founding members of Marc Technologies. .
He  had varied management positions with engineering and control equipment supply companies in Perth including Clyde Carruthers, and in 1996 he started up Eagle Air Pollution Control where he was responsible for  development of new products for the local  mining industry.  He has also lead multi- discipline engineering design teams for Hatch Associates and their Alcoa Alliance plus general consultancy work.
